His anyone suddenly seeing devices not connecting to wifi any longer? I’ve tried everything and can’t get them to reconnect
Hi @user23127. What Ring devices are you experiencing concerns with? You can find the model name of your Doorbell or Security Camera on the Device Health page screen in the Ring app. While on the Device Health page, you can also attempt to reconnect your device to wifi. If that doesn’t work, take note of what light patterns you see on your Ring device and what error message you’re receiving in the Ring app.
