Hi @user57474. The reboot option in the Ring app only works when your Ring devices are connected to the internet. It’s possible there was a temporary wifi disruption at your home, and your Ring Cameras are having difficulty reconnecting to the wifi network. Once you’re back at home, reconnect your cameras to wifi and then check the RSSI to ensure they have a strong connection.
