Cameras cannot connect on Android phone

Our cameras suddenly cannot connect using the app on my Samsung S22 Ultra. I forced stopped and finally uninstalled the app the reinstalled it. Now I cannot log in. I receive an error message “an error occurred trying to perform the operation. Try again later.” How can I fix this?

Hi @user66550. Make sure your phone’s operating software is fully updated, and turn off or exclude Ring traffic on any VPNs installed on your phone. Verify that you’re entering the correct email address and password associated with your Ring account, and ensure your phone has a strong internet connection.
