Camera stoped receiving power?

I have a ring spotlight can plus 2022 release
, I keep getting messages on and off, camera stopped receiving power, the device is in battery mode, live view disabled, on and off. That’s impossible it’s plugged into an outlet.

This is only camera I have issues with on and off non Stop ?

Can anyone help?

Hi @user53390. I would inspect the port and ensure that there is nothing in the way causing the plug not to fully seat. You can also try plugging into a different outlet to see if that resolve the issue.
