I have a number of your camera’s, all bought within the last two months and one camera appears to be completely dead. I have tried everything to bring it alive but I cannot get it to turn on. I have changed the battery, tried the solar panel, reset etc and nothing works. Please advise how I can return and get a replacement.

You will have to call Ring Support, and after they verify your Ring account (email), they will give you instructions on a return and replacement:
