BUG in the web interface when deleting videos
BUG when trying to delete a group of videos. The options are there in the drop-down menu, but then it says you can’t do it anymore, yet it used to work fine. BUG not a feature. Please fix it. see images.

This issue still is present. Chrome browser, always fully up to date and clean machine/computer. I’m I.T. so I know how to troubleshoot. This is a Ring Web Interface BUG!

CHi @GoBananas. Thanks for sharing this update. I’m checking with my team to clarify if there is a limit on how many videos can be deleted at once. We’ll reply to this thread once we have more information.

C@GoBananas My team has confirmed that due to back end limitations, only 40 events can be deleted at once. The pop-up message you’re seeing is correct at this time.

Hi @GoBananas. Can you share some more information about this? What Ring Protect Plan subscription do you have? What web browser are you using and what version is it running? Have you tried other browsers?
