Bridge will not connect to wifi
I have tried and tried, it was connected and when I plugged it back in it wouldn’t connect so I did the factory reset and tried starting over so I could add more lights. I can do the first few steps and connect to the bridge and see the WiFi network but then it won’t connect, where have I gone wrong

Hi @Piscesring. If your wife already set the Ring Bridge up under her Ring account, it cannot be set up under your Ring account. Ring devices can only be set up under one Ring account at a time. Since your wife set the Bridge up, she would be the one to edit any settings or set up any smart controls with Ring Smart Lighting devices. Currently, Ring Smart Lighting devices (including the Ring Bridge) are not available to be shared with Shared Users. This functionality has been requested before on our Feature Request board, where you can add your feedback and vote.

My wife’s phone worked to set up the bridge with no issues, but I continue getting this message each attempt I make. I have tried all trouble shoot options and at a lost.
