We bought our home in June. It’s now almost September and the previous owner won’t respond to our email from us or the realtor. We can’t set up the Ring due to account already present at our address. I don’t know why I have to ask here? Tried customer support and keep getting same answer. Ask community? Lol please help! Thanks
