Both battery spotlight cameras not working

Got 2 spotlight cameras had 1 for 2 years (never had issues but now stopped working) & the other I’ve had 2 weeks & now stopped working. Both batteries charged & not turning on.
I have a ring door bell I’ve had for years & never had any issues.
Can anyone help? Or had same issues …

Hi @user65258. Start by performing a reset on your device. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it. Once that is complete, you can reconnect it to WiFi. Let me know if this helps.

Hi, I have the same problem, I followed all the steps you mentioned but the problem persists.
2 batteries were fully charged when I plugged them there were 2 red lights when I opened the cover.
