I have had a black line appear across the screen on my Ring Pro Doorbell, it is only visible at night. Any ideas what has caused this, device is less than 12 months old?
Hi @Florence2. If you position the Ring Pro up or down, does this black line stay present and in the same spot? If it does, I would reach out to our support team to address this. If it does not, try a reset on your Ring Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release.

Try turning off colour night vision. If I am looking in the right place its right in line with the street light. See if its still there with colour night vision off.
