  Hi @user58998. It sounds like you have activated a Privacy Zone. The video (skip to 1:00) in this Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027979331-Understanding-Privacy-Zones) will show you how to delete the Privacy Zone. Let me know if this helps. 🙂
