Hi @Dingdongdog. Is the Indoor Cam in a dark or well-lit room? If it is in a dark room or area, it’s possible the night vision is triggering due to the lack of light in the Cam’s view. If the area is well-lit and this is still happening, try a full reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Then you’ll need to take the Cam through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
If that does not resolve the persistent black and white view from the Live View, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can take a deeper look at your device and account to determine what the problem is.
