I ca not get anyone on the phone who can even pronounce Schlage. I ask for a Supervisor after the Rep said he just spoke to 2 of them, yet when I ask to speak to 1, they are always in a meeting. They are doing absolutely Nothing to rectify my order. I asked for a refund and they said again they had to contact logistics and I would get a response in 24 hours. It’s been over a week and NOTHING! This is horrible service to say the least. There are zero confirmation ticket numbers when calling with an issue, no email confirmations. Truly disheartening for this company. "
