Being charged USD instead of AUD

Has anyone experienced being charged in the wrong currency?

Hi Jennifer,

I am located in Australia and also facing the same issue. I have purchased items previously in AUD, but for some reason when i try to subscribe to a protect plan, instead of charging A$40 per device, it charges be USD30 per device. How can I change the currency to charge AUD?

Our support team should be able to adjust the currency on your Ring Protect plan so that it charges you in AUD instead of USD.
