My coworker sent me an email to make me a shared user on the account. I made an account, then clicked the link to manage the request, but the screen it takes me to shows no shared accounts or devices.
Hi @Holmanam! Try reprocessing the request, or have your friend resend the invite to see if it might work a second time. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device is a great way to ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your phone. After accepting the invitation, check in the location drop down, found on the dashboard of the Ring app, to see if the shared location/ device shows there. I hope this helps!
