Battery keeps disconnecting
My Ring doorbell works for sometimes a day and sometimes for a few hours. If I remove the battery an put it back in again it starts working again. Is there any way I can fix this fault.

My battery keeps physically disconnecting. When my Ring doorbell goes offline, I have to physically reconnect it and it takes a few tries of taking the battery out and putting it in until the light flashes and is activated. This has nothing to do with my wi-fi. I bought extra batteries as well, thinking that the batteries were malfunctioning. I bought another Ring doorbell also. Same thing happened. I feel like gravity keeps physically disconnecting my battery for instead of it sitting on the connector it is hanging from the connector. My RSSI is green. I really like the Ring doorbell but the battery one has been really problematic.

Hi neighbors. When installing the Quick Release Battery Pack in your Ring Doorbell, please ensure it is fully installed before putting the faceplate cover on.
