I had a ring PRO doorbell that failed and I replaced it with a new ring PRO doorbell. I had the basic plan for the defunct ring product. Does the basic protect plan automatically take effect for my new ring PRO, or do I need to cancel the old plan and resubscribe to a new basic plan?
Hi @ronniegward. The Ring Protect Basic Plan should be still covered under your location, and there for covering your device. To double check, you can reach out to our support team anytime here in order to have them verify this for you, or re-sign up the plan for you if needed.
I have this same situation. I still have the old device on my account.
How do I get that deleted and the new device in its place (on that Basic Plan)?
