Backport the 4 second buffer BEFORE motion detected to existing ring camera and doorbell products

Please backport the software to Ring Doorbell 2 and to Ring Stickup Cam Wired so that a 4 second buffer is kept so that when a motion or doorbell is detected that recording 4 seconds before the event is captured and stored. Often the motion record only gets the tale end of it which is useless.

Please help backport this to support your existing users that have supported you or have invested heavily on 10+ cameras

Please support this. It will resolve the biggest issue people have and that is the lag associated with a notification and what is actually recorded…

why Ring has been trashed so badly by reviwers. Fix this and half of their complaints goes away!
