Awaiting an order

Ordered a new doorbell on the 27/11/23 and nothing has arrived yet is this normal I have an order number but when I go to the order confirmation page there is no history

I’ve no idea why the Order History page is even on the site, I have yet to hear from anyone who has anything showing on the page. All the Admins on here say is to contact Ring, but they are Ring, but refuse to help us get it sorted.
All I can recommend is to get the charge reversed via your bank and order from Amazon.
