I used 5 devices for elder care in home monitoring from a couple hours away.
Today one of the devices started no connected but the other 4 were fine. The Ring help desk said I must power cycle the device and reboot, which we can’t from our distance. I suggest under device health, near the reboot choice, Ring add a feature to set a “not connected” timer, which if when off line more than that period of time, the device would reboot itself.
Agreed. Or if we are out of town and cannot access our cameras, this would be helpful.
