Why can’t I hear audio from outside of my doorbell 3 to my phone?

They can hear me but I can’t hear them.

Hi @Fletch_316. I’d recommend resetting your Doorbell and walking it through a new setup to resolve this audio concern. To reset your Doorbell, you’ll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you’ll need to set it back up in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if the two-way audio is working properly after these steps.
