how do I eliminate audio recordings other than when someone rings my doorbell. My camera picks up conversation in a common area of my condo building and I do not want to record conversation I am not a part of
Good question, @JB01! This can be done by altering Privacy Settings in your Ring app. From the Ring app dashboard, select your Video Doorbell and visit it’s device page. When viewing your Video Doorbell in the Ring app, tap Device Settings and then Privacy Settings. Here you will have an option to disable audio streaming and recording for this device.
