Just installed my Pro video doorbell today. Having issues with the audio, poor quality and super choppy, only hearing every other word, etc. This evening it started making the door bell chime ring when I was trying to speak. I tried it again a second time to make sure I wasn’t hearing things, without anyone on the other end. As soon as I talk into my phone the door bell chimes. That gets my dog barking, which doesn’t help trying to hear the person on the other end. Anyone else have this issue?

For a concern like this, I’d recommend resetting your Doorbell and taking it through a new setup in the Ring App. To reset your Doorbell, you’ll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. From there, you’ll need to set it back up in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
