Hi I'm trying to arm my Ring video doorbell and Ring Stick up cam from Alexa following this guide: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020893671-Arming-and-Disarming-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Alexa&ved=2ahUKEwjEwsuvwOOBAxU7Q_EDHYkQDT8QFnoECB4QAQ&usg=AOvVaw3arfmbr4HIHAfsyPEpigjd Unfortunately in the settings of my Ring devices inside the Alexa app there is no option to disarm by voice and then if I try to tell Alexa to Arm them it says that this feature is not supported by the device... What am I missing? Do only certain ring devices support arm/disarm from Alexa? I cannot find a list anywhere... Thanks Riccardo

Hi @RiccardoC. Do you have a Ring Alarm system? Or only a Ring Doorbell and Stick Up Cam? Additionally, do you have a Ring Protect plan for your devices, and have you enabled [Mode settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) in the Ring app?

Hi I don't have ring alarm, just ring doorbell and stickup cam, but I have a ring protect subscription and I have enabled the mode settings, which I can control from the ring app Thanks Riccardo

@RiccardoC Thanks for that clarification. Make sure the Ring Skill is enabled in the Alexa app. If it is already enabled, try unlearning the Rink Skill and then relearning it before attempting to use voice commands to arm again. Let me know if that makes any difference.

@RiccardoC Thank you for trying that step. I looked into this further with my team, and they let me know that you must have a Ring Alarm Security System in order to arm or disarm via Alexa. I understand the information in the Help Center article you shared doesn't accurately reflect this, so I've submitted feedback with the appropriate team to have this corrected. Apologies for the miscommunication.
