App not accepting pin code for Chime Pro

The app keeps rejecting the pin code for the Chime Pro every time I enter it. This is driving me insane, as I know I have entered it correctly for the last 10 times.

Hi @ausmariner. When setting up the Chime Pro in the Ring app, you should be prompted to scan the QR code located on the back of the device. Was this part of the setup process successful?
