It takes too long to open the app and then answer the doorbell. Can you have a system like a mobile phone whereby there is a notification choice of ‘accept / decline’?
@user36413 The speed at which the Ring app opens will depend on the age and performance of the device you are using. If you have an older phone for example the app will open more slowly. With a higher end modern phone and a good internet connection to it I find the app opens fairly quickly.
