My Android phone does not receive alerts but my iPhone and iPad does. I spent 1.3 hours talking to customer services yesterday and still don’t get any alerts. Has anybody got any suggestions?

Additionally, make sure your Ring app is fully updated and ensure you do not have notifications silenced or suppressed on your Android device.
