Allow Ring Alarm Pro to record video directly to MicroSD without the subscription

You know, I’m having a very hard time understanding why we are required to subscribe to ring protect pro in order to record camera activity to a device we own and that does not use ring.com services. It seems like Ring is holding cameras hostage behind Protect Pro. If there’s no movement on this I may have to dump ring for a more flexible system for camera recording.
