All of a sudden my Ring Floodlight light is sensitive
I have had the ongoing issue of my Ring Floodlight cam being set off by car headlights that are not in my motion zones but NOW, within the past couple of weeks those headlights are triggering my light to come on too. I have done nothing different with my cam or motion zones. It also picks up white vehicles (during the day) that drive by my house and are not in one of my motion zones. I am so completely aggravated by this Floodlight/Cam. I moved to lowest sensitivity to no avail. I don't even have the light zone closest to the street turned on. The most awesome thing of all is that when I pull into my driveway, where a motion zone IS, the light doesn't turn on until I walk on to my deck. What gives Ring?

Add me to the list as well. I just installed the camera and am having the same issue with the floodlights and am extremely disappointed with the product. Something needs to be done as this problem is rendering the product useless.

Yep, reading this thread is depressing as this issue seems to have gone on for so long. My wired floodlight cam also turning on lights every few mins and sensitivity is at minimum. Nothing else I can do. Very annoying for me and my neighbours not to mention the extra electricity this is costing me. Ring, please sort this out!

Well, add me to the list. I didnt sewm to have any issues... until looks like my neighbors across the driveway got flood light also. Their light was going off an on ... alot one night. Then it looked like it was triggering my light ? It almost looked like they were "talking". I didnt think much off it. Well , I went to work and the the notifications were wacky. The neighbor was out there with a ladder .For HOURS. yes, he was trying to fix his light ! Doesn't appear it work after watching my videos. I suppose he doesnt realize its a glitch in the matrix ! I guess it will be nice to know im covered on both sodes now at least. 😆 I I will have to let him know about the forum tomorrow. Maybe he will read more list then I did and gain some insight. But I belive the IT guy in the beginning. You know what to do Ring.

I have also started having the same issues. This is disappointing and I would strongly recommend RiNG technical look for a solution asap. This is clearly a wide spread issue and is costing users across the world a significant amount of money in energy bills. I would suggest some level of compensation for all these users time and energy. I have done all the suggested remedies with no change. This is a perceived quality product and I would expect better. I wish I had read these threads before making my purchase. I would have purchased a EUFY device instead. Please lift your game RiNG
