Hello. My Alexa talk to the front door has stopped working. It says ok but no connection to doorbell. I’ve tried all the help topics. Anyone able to help in non tech speak please? Thanks.
Hi @WA59. First, make sure your Ring and Alexa apps are up-to-date. Next, you can toggle off the Alexa Skill in the Alexa app, then reactivate it. Let me know if this works for you.
