Alexa recognizes Ring group as a device

I purchased 3 indoor bulbs. Installed bulbs. Created Ring group and assigned each bulb to the group. Alexa recognizes each bulb but treats the group as a device. When asked to turn on/off, she responds with (group name) not responding”.
Very frustrating. Lots of $$ to buy a bridge and bulbs. And now cannot use voice control for the group, but must instruct Alexa to turn on/off each bulb individually.

Hi @Hamgal. Which Ring Smart Lighting bulbs do you have? Make sure both the Ring app and Alexa app are updated, and ensure your Ring and Amazon accounts are correctly linked. We have some additional troubleshooting steps here as well.
