My existing phone uses the alert sound “ring-someone-at-your-door” but on new phone I’m setting up, that alert tone does not exist in selection list. How do I get this tone on this new phone too?
Good question, @TTalbot! This can be adjusted in the Ring app, for each Ring device. To do so, visit your Doorbell or Camera in the Ring app, select Device Settings, and then select Alert Settings. There you will see an App Alert Tones option. This list of tones should contain the notification sound, or announcement, you are looking for. I hope this helps!
