Alarm not setting through Alexa

Hi, I’ve had a night routine which has worked for a
Long time which has suddenly stopped.
At night, I have a trigger which will turn off lights, heating, and then set the Ring alarm to “home”.
Now when I say the command, i receive a message saying that it cannot set the alarm as the panel is not responding and to check the app for further info. Opening the app does not give any indication. I can set the alarm to home from the app.
I’ve reset the routine but still the same. Any idea’s?

Hi @SunnyP9999. Make sure both the Ring app and your Alexa app are fully updated to the latest versions available. Then try deleting your Routine and setting it back up in the Alexa app to see if that resolves this issue. If it doesn’t, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
