Today is my first day being monitored but I am not sure how it is being paid. I don’t recall entering a payment method anywhere in the setup and cannot find a payment method in the app. Just wanted to be sure I am actually monitored. Thanks for any help.
Hi @Mgriff1 ! You can go to Ring.com and login to your account. From there, click ‘Account’. You should see an area for my ‘Payment Method’. Check that out and see if you have something listed or need to enter a form of payment. Hope this helps!
Thank you very much. I found where you outlined, and see now what I need to do. I guess I’m still in a trial period and haven’t been asked for any payment yet. I did not realize the trial applied to the monitoring as well, thought it was just the equipment.
