Alarm base not connecting to WiFi

I can not connect the ring base station to WiFi, I’ve had it next to the router and it says it can not connect, I’ve had it set to only find 2.4ghz and 5ghz and still nothing, it works fine via Ethernet but I do not have a plug next to router to spare so need it a meter away but we can not connect it whatever we try. We have 20+ smart devices and this is the only one that’s an issue.

Hi @Foxx85. I’d recommend reaching out to our support team at one of the numbers available here. Make sure to ask for the Ring Alarm team specifically so they can help walk you through all applicable troubleshooting steps in order to get your Base Station connected to wifi.
