Hi @Bwana. If there was a strong storm, it is very possible that you'll need to reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) will have steps on how to do this. Once reconnected, your Doorbell should resume normal operation.
