After the storm, my doorbell no longer goes LIVE or records activity.
If there’s a powercut, will that effect the doorbell’s wifi?

Hi @Bwana. If there was a strong storm, it is very possible that you’ll need to reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. This Help Center article here will have steps on how to do this. Once reconnected, your Doorbell should resume normal operation.
