Make sure to update your Ring app to the latest version, then perform a reboot using the [reboot option](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) on the Device Health page. The reboot should only take a few moments, and is a good troubleshooting step to help clear up performance issues.
