Hi, Could we have a facility to increase the size of the date stamp on downloaded clips as it is so difficult to see at the current size? Also, could the date stamp be made visible on the clip before it is downloaded. I like to scroll through them on FULL SCREEN and the date/time of each clip is then hidden. Thank you.
I’ve just had two Ring cameras installed, a spotlight plus and a spotlight pro, I’m shocked that there’s no date/time stamp overlaid on the live video, this is surely a basic necessity for security cameras. Haven’t tried downloading anything yet but not optimistic it will be good enough for evidence purposes. Please Ring sort out this issue.
