So we’ve just added the Bridge device and pathway lights to our ring doorbell. This was done under the main account. The problem is that my account (shared account) does not show the lights that are connected to the main account. Do I need to add each device myself or should the account update on its own?
Hey @Bdaley. While the Ring Video Doorbell can have a shared user, the Smart Lighting cannot have a shared user at this time. Only the owner’s account can control the lights and see them in the Ring app. If you need to control the lights, I recommend getting a common log in that both you and the owner can use!
What are the plans to add Smart Lighting to shared users? Is this in the works?
