Can’t seem to add a2nd one. The first one I ended up putting in the garage because the bell didn’t ring anymore but the camera still did so I got another one and I can’t get that one to connect using the same account
Hi @theonlyfitz! I recommend removing the Ring app and reinstalling it on your mobile device. This will ensure the app is up to date and integrated optimally with your mobile device. Please also ensure bluetooth and VPN is disabled during setup. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
