Adding a Schedule randomizer

I know there is a turn on at dusk setting, but that doesn't give us a lot of leeway. What I'd like would be some way to tell a light or group of lights, "Hey, between these hours. Turn on at random intervals of at X to Y minutes." You know, a way to make it look like someone is home if you're away, at work, etc.
