I got my Ring alarm today, and was so excited I immediately opened it up and registered the base station. However, I didn’t realize that doing so would activate the Ring Protect Plus trial. This alarm was intended for our new house, which we won’t move into for another month. Is there any way to cancel or pause the trial so I can use it in the new house, once I have all the components set up?
Stuff happens @Kedex! If you are looking to self-monitor, you can always change your monitoring type in the Ring app via your Location/ Monitoring settings. This help center article has more information and steps for this.
