Question

recently got a ring camera for my grandfather .. he set up the camera on his phone and died shortly after. I wasn’t able to get ahold of his phone to send me a code to make me apart of it so now it’s connected go my house but im not able to look at it or use it. I don’t want to purchase another one is there any way I can differently get his information off and switched over to mine ?
