I paid for a protection plan but switched accounts. How can I transfer the annual fee to my new account?

Hey @VaneBoco. You will need to cancel the plan that you currently have active and then re-subscribe on the correct account. You can learn more about how to cancel the plan here.

So will I just lose out on the annual fee I paid?

@VaneBoco Not at all! You should get a reimbursement for whatever months have been unused. This reimbursement may take 10-14 business days to show up as a refund on your card once you have cancelled the plan. If you do not see the reimbursement, you can verify you get this and how much it should be with our support team.
