Account not found

I have had my Ring account for a few years. Last year I added the Ring doorbell camera and linked account with Amazon.

I delete my Amazon account and now when I log into Ring it states that I am a new. I try to add my devices and am told that they belong to another account. I didn’t change my email just deleted Amazon so I am not sure why it looks like I have never had an account before. I am not sure if my Ring is trash if I can’t add it
