I received a replacement doorbell from Ring. I had some trouble getting the new one to set up. In the process because of errors I deleted the ring app and reinstalled it. Today I can’t log onto my Ring account with my phone. I get ‘Verification’ errors. I tried calling Ring’s 800 number and get a message I’m not authorized to call that number with my phone. It’s almost as if Ring has locked me out. Can anyone help? Thanks
Ring is experiencing a temporary system wide login and app errors with the Ring App and at Ring.com and they currently looking into the issue. https://status.ring.com/
