Account closure

I would like to close my account but have forgotten my password. As I changed my broadband supplier, my email address changed and my old email address closed so I have no access to it. To get a new password it would be sent to my old email address because that is the address to which my account was registered. I no longer use my Ring device so need to close my account. How do I do it?
