Hello! I subscribed to Ring’s yearly monitoring service and have been for at least 3 or 4 years now. Originally, when my system sounded off accidentally because I failed to unarm it, I would get follow-up calls to check that my home situation was okay. I’ve had about 3 accidental alarms (including just yesterday) in the last 18 months that were not followed-up with a safety check phone-call and this makes me think I’m wasting my money! Has anyone else had this same issue? If so, how did you rectify it?
