Accessing a longer recording

Hello,

A person rang our doorbell about an hour ago and we had a conversation with them. The doorbell only captured the first 10 seconds of the conversation and we need to see it all which would be about 40 secs (neighbour being verbally abusive). Is there anyway that we access the entire recording? Would upgrading our plan allow us to view it all?

Hi @Jacob_bow30. There is a Help Center article that will cover how to adjust the length of the recording on your Ring device. This will depend on the wifi strength that the Doorbell is getting, and that you have an active Ring Protect Plan. Unfortunately, if the recording has already taken place, you will not be able to retrieve missing footage.
