Absolutely the worst. A disaster. I am military personnel going off to training who sought Ring for the first time to protect my home. I couldn’t even begin to describe the amount of repeated issues and poor customer service received. I am truly amazed. From missing package items, receiving the wrong order, sassy customer service reps, managers pretending like the contacted me when requesting help, but instead receiving no missed calls and an email notice stating they tried contacting me. Unprofessionalism, everywhere in the company’s network. Ring, is also not cheap. Very dissatisfied, never again.
I spent over $1000+ on Ring products, alone looking forward to the services they offer. I added service, etc. Yet, the customer service was terrible, orders messed up, etc., it completely dropped the value in money invested.
Boy, do I regret it. Run.
